This residential range oven comes with a ceramic infrared broiler that provides a rapid searing at 1800F, . This range oven has a quick preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures that are created with a 28,000 BTU baker burner. The fail-safe system ensures re-ignition in the event the flame goes out even on the lowest burner setting. The innovection system comes with a convection fan that optimizes a uniform air flow. This oven has multiple function settings that include: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, Infrared Broil and Fan mode. There is an extra-large viewing window in the oven door.
