    A combination of steam and convection cooking creates a perfect fusion with a moist cooking environment and an accent of browning or roasting. Combination cooking makes heat transfer faster and more efficient, offering you the best quality food an oven can offer. Create a lasting impression during your next dinner party with a gourmet meal from Miele's Combi-Steam oven. Offering genuine 'gourmet' cooking techniques, Miele's MasterChef Gourmet programs combine lower temperatures and a longer cooking duration to create a succulent result. The included temperature probe works in conjunction with the MasterChef programs and automatically shuts off the oven at just the right time.

    The control panel is the M-Touch sensor menu behind clean glass, so the unit provides a smooth, elegant finish to your kitchen. Two (2) halogen lights illuminate the progress of cooking, and multiple cooking settings - baking, broiling, roasting, for example - ensure that every meal comes out perfectly. And just in case the unit does malfunction for some reason, you can have Miele's customer service center connect to the oven via Wi-Fi to monitor the unit over time. If they get notification that the oven isn't functioning as intended, Miele calls you to tell you about it. They've thought of everything! This steam oven performs like a pro in every way.
